Tankyu Distillery — Agent Mode

丹丘蒸留所(Tankyu Distillery)は、北海道上川郡東川町にあるクラフト・ジンとシングルモルトウイスキーの蒸留所です。東川町は北海道で唯一、水道が敷設されていない町で、当蒸留所も大雪山の地下水(硬度約94 mg/L)を直接使用しています。発酵168時間、年間純アルコール65,000Lの生産規模。2024年、東川町との公共×民間による珍しい共同事業として設立されました。

ジンのラインナップ(雪の窓、Perfume Trees Gin、淡墨コーヒーリキュール)は日本・香港・英国から出荷しています。シングルモルトウイスキーはバーボン・シェリー・ミズナラ・オクターブ樽で熟成中。蒸留所見学は60分・日英中対応。個人向けにはプライベートカスクを¥448,000から提供しています。
