Tankyu Distillery is a publicly built, privately operated craft distillery located in Higashikawa, Hokkaido — the only town in Hokkaido without a municipal water supply. We craft single-malt whisky and artisan gin using pristine Daisetsuzan spring water and local ingredients.

- 168-hour (7-day) fermentation process
- Daisetsuzan spring water (~30 mg/L hardness)
- Annual capacity: 65,000L pure alcohol
