Terms of Service
By using this website and our online shop, you agree to these terms. You must be 20 years of age or older to purchase alcohol from our store. All product prices are listed in Japanese yen (¥) and include applicable consumption tax unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to cancel orders if products are out of stock or if we suspect fraudulent activity. Product descriptions and images are provided for reference purposes; actual products may vary slightly. Intellectual property, including brand names, logos, and product descriptions on this site, belongs to Tankyu Distillery K.K. and may not be reproduced without our written consent.
Return & Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unopened and in its original condition. If the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered, we will replace it at our expense. Please contact us at info@tankyudistillery.jp before returning any item. Refunds for returned products will be processed to the original payment method within approximately 7 business days of receiving the returned item. Please note that products that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
Shipping Policy
This shipping policy applies to purchases made through our Japan online store (shop.tankyudistillery.jp) only. It does not apply to the Private Cask Program or purchases made through our overseas retail partners.
We ship via Sagawa Express. Orders are dispatched on Mondays and Thursdays. Domestic shipping is free nationwide (a surcharge of ¥3,000 applies for deliveries to Okinawa and remote islands). Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You can select your preferred delivery date and time zone at checkout. We currently ship within Japan only.
