- If the product is defective or differs from your order, please contact info@tankyudistillery.jp within 14 days of delivery. Opened items cannot be returned. No cooling-off period applies to mail-order sales.

- Age verification is required for alcohol purchases. Drinking by persons under the age of 20 is prohibited by law.
