Our distillery is located on a 1,800-square-metre plot of land in the scenic town of Higashikawa, surrounded by beautiful nature. The project started in June 2024 and the distillery construction was completed in April 2025. The distillery, overlooking the Daisetsuzan Mountains, will produce gin, liqueur, and whisky. Our whisky will be matured slowly for three years. We look forward to delivering our carefully crafted whisky to you.

We’re revolutionizing the distillation landscape by seamlessly blending time-honored techniques with avant-garde technology. Our whisky is born from an advanced mash filter, producing an exceptionally clean wort that sets the stage for a symphony of intricate flavors. Fermented in traditional Japanese wooden washbacks, our process imparts a nostalgic essence, enhancing the depth and complexity of each sip.
The crown jewel of our operations is a combination of traditional methods and new techniques, guaranteeing precision yet uniqueness at every distillation stage.
To further elevate our whisky, housing our Spain ex-sherry and Japan mizunara casks. These contribute to a rich and complex flavor profile.
